Club Name: Enter the name of your rugby club.
Team Name(s): Enter all teams being registered, separated by semicolons (;).
Please include:
Age Group
Team Designation (if applicable)
Example: U8 Gold; U8 White; U9 Gold
Contact Name: Primary contact person for all tournament communications.
Email: Email address for registration confirmation and tournament updates.
Mobile: Mobile number for tournament-related communications.
Notes / Comments: Optional field for any additional information, requests, or questions relating to your registration.
