Part 2: Register with Harbord Harlequins JRUFC

Once your account is created, you can register with the club.

Find the Harbord Harlequins JRUFC

1. Open the Rugby Xplorer app or Rugby Portal

2. Log in using your email and password

3. Click Register

4. Click Register to a Club

5. Select who you are registering (yourself or a child) and click Continue

6. Search for Harbord Harlequins JRUFC

   • The club name will appear in bold

7. Select the club and click Next

8. Choose:

   • Registration Role:

   • Registration Type: XVs Juniors

   • Duration: Season

9. Click Next

Steps - Complete Rego

Complete Registration Details

1. Confirm personal details and click Next

2. Upload a profile photo (optional) or click Skip

3. Complete required Rugby Australia (these vary by region), including:

   • Address

   • Gender

   • Country of origin

   • Heritage

   • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status

   • Last registered club

4. Enter Emergency Contact details

5. Additional information:

   • School

   • Height and weight

   • In Australia, non-playing members must enter WWC details

6. Answer any club or association questions

7. Optional club merchandise or sale items may appear here

Steps - Complete Payment and Confirmation

Payment & Confirmation

1. Review the Registration Summary

2. Expand Registration Fees to see a full breakdown

3. Any early-bird discounts or Rugby Xplorer credits will be shown

4. Transaction fee will be displayed

5. If applicable:

   • Enter NSW Active Kids voucher

   • Add Entity Discount codes (add each one separately)

6. Optional: Donate to the club

7. Agree to the National Registration Terms & Conditions

8. Click Pay

9. Choose a payment method:

   • Credit/Debit card, or

   • Zip Pay

10. Click Make Payment

    Final Step

11. A confirmation screen will appear

12. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered participant

13. Registration complete!
