How to Register with Rugby Xplorer

Part 1: Create a Rugby Xplorer Account (first-time users only)

If you are registering for the first time, you must create a Rugby Xplorer account.

Registering a family?

We recommend setting up the parent/guardian as the primary account holder, as children can be linked to this account.

Steps

1. Download the Rugby Xplorer app, or visit https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/

2. Click Create Rugby Xplorer Account

3. Enter Details

   • First name

   • Last name

   • Date of birth

   • Mobile number

   • Email address

   • Rugby Region

4. Agree to:

   Rugby Xplorer Privacy Policy

   National Privacy Policy

5. Click Next (What happens next?)

   • If an existing profile matches your details, you’ll be prompted to send yourself a password reset email

   • If no match is found, a new account will be created and a password reset email will be sent

6. Check your email and click the password reset link

7. Enter your password twice

8. Click Confirm

9. Your Rugby Xplorer account should now set up.
